SUMMARY:Diablo Valley Chapter Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We meet in the Club Room at the Creekside Complex in Rossmoor\, Walnut Creek on the first Saturday each month. \nThe Club Room is equipped with a hearing loop system. We have a limited number of headsets available for attendees who do not have telecoils in their hearing aids. We have scheduled CART for all our meetings. ASL is available upon request with adequate lead time. \nPlease read this page for directions to our meeting room and location in Rossmoor. All non-Rossmoor residents planning to attend this hybrid meeting in person must also register through the Zoom registration link.

DESCRIPTION:Hope Support Group in Zoom\nMeets every 4th Thursday\n4—5:00 p.m. Pacific Time \nHearing Other People’s Experiences.  This group is an opportunity for you to express the challenges and successes of living with hearing loss. First\, we listen intently to each other without commenting.  After everyone has been heard\, we offer tips\, advice\, and experiences to support each other. \nEveryone is welcome\, people with good hearing as well as people with hearing loss. We find that after listening to each other\, we become advocates for ourselves and all those with hearing loss. \nThanks to our Vice-President\, Tawna Cooley\, who uses her excellent communication skills\,  for facilitating this meaningful group.

The Fair will feature Food\, Live Music and Dancing\, along with costumes and booth decorations. As always\, you can enjoy beautiful quilts\, have your photo taken\, and pick up some free books. \nAttendance and parking are free.
